Specialty Cakes

 This class has been, by far, my favorite of all. The cutting, filling, icing, covering, and decorating of cakes has me feeling nothing but enjoyment, especially the decorating. I feel like the fact that the nine days of cake class went by extremely fast, without stress, is a sign that I should be doing this with my life. I'm now itching to know if I can make it in this world as a vegan/dietary restriction wedding cake maker, but only time will tell.

After around 10 hours of prep and detail work, ladies and gentlemen, my practical wedding cake:


 (I regret to tell you that this cake lasted only long enough for a picture before it was ripped apart, 5-10 minutes max)
