Cake Pops

Left over cake crumbs and frosting? Cake pops it is. 
What you need:
-cake scraps
-icing (cream cheese/buttercream)
-lollipop sticks
-coating chocolate
-styrofoam block

What you do:
-Use hands to combine cake scraps with frosting until you are able to form a ball that sticks together without crumbling.
-Form cake balls and set them on a sheet pan and place in the freezer to firm up.
- Melt coating chocolate in a measuring glass.
- Remove chilled cake balls from the freezer and one by one, dip the end of a lollipop stick into the melted chocolate and place the stick into the cake.
-Place back in freezer to firm up, about 5 minutes.
- Reheat chocolate if necessary, it should be thin and fluid.
-Hold the cake pops by the stick and dip each pop into the chocolate once and gently shake off excess chocolate.
-Now is the time to decorate, the chocolate sets fast!
-Place sticks of the finished cake pops into the styrofoam block to set.
