Vegan Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding

I've been meaning to try chia seed pudding out for quite some time. Finally, after about a year of saying, hm...I wonder what chia seed pudding tastes like, I did it! Pathetically, it only took five minutes tops, meaning I must have been extremely lazy in putting this experiment off for an entire year. But yea, you heard right: 5 minute pudding.

New to chia seeds?
If you answered no, because you once had a chia may want to rethink that response.
Chia seeds were used by ancient Aztec civilizations as "running food." Aztec messengers would consume chia seeds prior to a day of running miles upon miles to deliver messages (mail) to the population.

Chia seeds provide more energy than your daily dose of morning coffee. They are also high in omega-3 fatty acids, protein, fiber, and antioxidants-all in those teeny tiny seeds that you grow bugs bunny's afro or that poodle's odd green fur coat out of (I'm talking chia pets now).

Anyway, my point is: don't waste these seeds growing pets. Instead, eat them!
